Our polypropylene machine strapping is an ideal means to ensure that your items stay tightly bundled while they are being stored or transported. Perfect for use with a semi automatic strapping machine, it is resistant to moisture, scuffing and abrasion yet its flexibility allows it to cover rough surfaces and edges.
Our machine strapping is light and easy to apply. In addition, its cardboard core can easily be recycled when all the strapping has been used.
Aside from being the most commonly used strapping material, our polypropylene strapping is also considered to be the most economical.
An affordable pallet strapping material, which is much cheaper than nylon or steel strapping, our plastic machine strapping is a reliable means to palletise and unite bundles for freight or storage. Flexible and long-lasting, it is the safe way to secure lightweight bundles tightly and is specially made to be suitable strapping for semi automatic strapping machines.
Our 12mm polypropylene strapping is easy to handle and apply effectively, and has a breaking strain of 130kg which makes it ideal for a wide range of packing applications. Controlled surface properties of the plastic strapping reduce the effort of tensioning and achieving superb tension transmission around corners. The material is split-resistant, which means it is dependable for use in machines. An added bonus is that it does not stain or rust packages like metal strapping can do.
Available in 3000m rolls, our machine strapping has a recyclable 20 x 18 cm inner cardboard core.
