Mug Packaging
Our mug boxes are tailor-made for posting or storing standard mugs securely, with the two-part pack slotting together to form the protective mug box, which ensures your goods remain in perfect condition. Simple to use, the lightweight mug packaging helps keep down postage costs.
Holding mugs firmly in place, our thick and sturdy polystyrene mug boxes absorb transit shocks and are virtually uncrushable so your mugs are protected from damage.

Our polystyrene mug boxes take away the worry of sending mugs in the post as they offer you a convenient and cost-effective mug packaging solution. Especially designed to cushion and hold all standard mugs in place, including a slot for the handle, our mug mailers absorb shocks, bumps and knocks during transit.
The mug mailing boxes are convenient and easy to use: just insert the mug in one half of the box, close with other half and seal with tape – and that’s it! You can post straightaway, adding an address label, but if you want additional protection place the mug packaging inside a cardboard box –we can customise boxes to suit your specific requirements (minimum quantity applies).
Although they are extremely sturdy, our mug boxes weigh so very little they add hardly anything to your postage costs.
