Minipak'R Film - 130 Air Pillows
Secure your less fragile items for storage or transport with our film 130 air cushion packaging. This is a popular cost-effective yet strong pillow packaging and an excellent alternative to bulky void fill or cushioning. It is easily stored then produced on our Mini-Pak’R air packing machine (sold separately). Air bag packaging is some 30% lighter than other materials, which also means you save on shipping costs.
Film 130 pillow packing is perfect as a void fill solution for boxes containing objects like shoes, hardware tools and other household items as well as machine parts. It is recyclable and reusable.
Consisting of 99% air, our film 130 packaging air bags may be lightweight but they give high impact resistance and protection to your products. Best suited to packing less fragile objects, these small air pillows also provide block and brace packaging to keep your items in place inside their boxes.
Measuring 200mm x 325m, this pillow pack packaging can be recycled easily after use or saved for re-use. It is excellent for filling medium to large gaps in packages and is the best alternative to bulky cushioning materials. The packaging air bags are produced by loading the Film 130 on to the air packing machine, a simple process that inflates the pillow pack packaging.
